I’m Alice, a holistic life coach specializing in stress management, burnout, and expat coaching. My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey to break free from living life on auto-pilot and instead cultivate more presence, authenticity and resilience into your everyday.
 

Stress is a fact of life, and while we can’t always control what happens to us, we do have the power to manage our stress responses in ways that support our needs and well-being. Together, we’ll explore your stress patterns, shift limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges with confidence and self-compassion—allowing you to thrive, not just survive.
 

As an expat myself, I understand the complexities of building a fulfilling life in a new country. Adjusting to cultural shifts, meeting new people, and finding your place can be overwhelming. That’s why I’m here—to support you in making aligned, intentional choices that promote lasting well-being.
 

The Lagom Perspective is inspired by the Swedish concept of “lagom”—a philosophy of balance and “just enough.” True fulfillment comes when we recognize that we are enough, exactly as we are, through every chapter of life. Yet, external pressures and deep-seated beliefs can make us feel otherwise. My role is to help you uncover and reframe those beliefs, so you can reconnect with your authentic self and guiding you to transform your self-talk from critical to compassionate.

What is coaching vs therapy?

While both coaching and therapy offer support and guidance, they serve different purposes. Therapy focuses on healing past wounds, addressing trauma, and working through deep emotional challenges, often related to mental health. While it is important to understand how our current behaviors and patterns are shaped by childhood conditioning, coaching takes a more future-focused approach—empowering you to set goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change in your life. I will help you explore these underlying influences—not to dwell on the past, but to understand them, release what no longer serves you, and build new, healthy habits and beliefs that align with your true self.

What is a Holistic Life Coach?
As a holistic life coach, I take a whole-person approach to transformation, recognizing that you are not just a mind but a deeply interconnected being—body, mind, and spirit. I believe that true growth and lasting change happen when all aspects of your being are acknowledged, nurtured, and aligned. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts and behaviors, I guide you in exploring your nervous system, emotions, energy, and physical well-being to create sustainable shifts. Through a blend of mindfulness, somatic practices, and spiritual awareness, I help you cultivate deeper self-discovery, resilience, and balance. My approach ensures that your WHOLE self is seen, heard, and supported on your journey, leading to more meaningful and lasting transformation in all areas of your life.

How do I know if I am ready for holistic life coaching?
