Code of Ethics
1. Confidentiality
I respect the privacy of my clients and will keep all personal information, session content, and written communication strictly confidential, unless required by law or with express permission from the client.
2. Client Empowerment
I believe every client is whole, resourceful, and capable of change. My role is to support—not direct—their process. I do not impose advice but guide clients toward their own inner wisdom and clarity.
3. Non-Judgment & Inclusion
I create a safe, inclusive space for all individuals regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, religion, body type, or life experience. I meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
4. Informed Consent
I clearly communicate the nature, scope, and limitations of the coaching relationship. I ensure clients understand that holistic coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or clinical mental health treatment.
5. Professional Integrity
I uphold honesty and transparency in all business practices, including pricing, scheduling, and boundaries. I only make claims or guarantees I can ethically stand behind.
6. Competence & Growth
I commit to continuous learning—personally and professionally. I seek supervision or mentorship when needed, and refer out when a client’s needs are beyond my scope or qualifications.
7. Energy & Space
I take responsibility for showing up to each session grounded, present, and energetically clear—creating a supportive, respectful container for transformation.
8. Respect for Autonomy
Clients are always in charge of their journey. I will never pressure, manipulate, or coerce a client into any decision, belief, or direction they are not ready to explore.
9. Boundaries & Dual Relationships
I maintain clear, healthy boundaries and avoid dual relationships (such as coaching close friends or romantic partners) that may interfere with the objectivity and professionalism of the coaching relationship.
