About Me
I am Swedish by nationality but grew up in Geneva (Switzerland) and have so far lived an enriching international life in five different countries. Today, I call the Netherlands home, where I live as an expatriate with my Dutch husband (and cat).
A pivotal moment in my story was experiencing and overcoming burnout, along with an eye disease caused by chronic stress. I used to glorify being busy, wearing exhaustion as a badge of honor. My perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies led me to neglect boundaries in both my personal and professional life, where saying yes to everything and constantly giving 120% became my way of coping with fatigue, anxiety, and low self-worth. After 28 years of living this way, my body and mind finally had enough, forcing me to put life on pause and confront my inner struggles. It was time to listen to my needs and embrace rest.

Today, my perfectionism has transformed into healthy striving, and the people-pleaser in me now knows how to support others without sacrificing my own needs. Most importantly, I now savor moments of rest and self-care, which allows me to be my enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate self, while still honoring the need to occasionally slowdown. Learning how to regulate my nervous system and process my emotions allowed me reconnect with my authentic, creative self, and pursue my true passions, including becoming a holistic life coach.

Now, I help others break free from stress, reclaim balance, and create a life of authenticity, well-being, and dreams they once thought impossible.
